Why can’t they figure out that when a team inbounds with a stopped clock of 34.3 seconds left in the half, and then that team has a shot clock violation, that there should be 4.3 seconds left for Iowa? They went with 3.1 seconds instead.

Then they ice the shooter by looking to see if a tenth of a second needs added to the clock.
