2020 OT Jake Wray commits to Ohio State

Move over Borens, and Bosas; another family is about to suit up for the Ohio State football team.
Following in his brother Max’s footsteps— Max is a 2018 offensive lineman who enrolled at OSU in January— Jake Wray, a class of 2020 tackle, has now shut down his recruitment in favor of the Buckeyes.

Committing to Ohio State just a couple weeks after the spring game, Jake, a four-star rated prospect became the first 2020 recruit to give Urban Meyer and crew a pledge.
While he might only be a sophomore with a couple years left to grow and mature, Wray, a Franklin, TN native, held scholarship offers from some of the top programs in college football. Before his commitment to Ohio State, the 6’5 290-pounder was pursued by the likes of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Miami, Oregon, Tennessee, and UCLA.
According to the 247Sports Recruiting Rankings, Wray is currently pegged as the 14th offensive tackle, and 91st overall prospect in the class of 2020.
The Land-Grant Holy Land recruiting team will have much more on Wray’s commitment to Ohio State soon.
