Sure, there were scenarios, some of them even possible, where we got our shit together and made this a game, maybe even a win.

But we knew. A Harbaugh-coached team on the road against a top-10 opponent - with ourselves hanging in the top 25 mostly due to wins over... /checks notes... Rutgers and Illinois - does not make for good football.

We aren't trying on offense. We can't hang on defense.

Personally, I'm coping by doing chores with this game on in the background. It's a good coping mechanism.
