2019 Week 0/Week 1 CFB Open Thread

I know it is a way off....but if OU is as good as we are seeing (minus the holding), I'd love to see Hurts get a shot against Tua and Saban in a game...
I think Bama would beat them worse than last year. Hurts isn't near the passer Kyler Murray so they'd have a much easier time defending him. OU's defense looks good right now but I still have to see it to believe it.

I've never agreed with the goal line extending OOB if the player with ball is also out of the field of play even if he hasn't yet touched out. That makes no sense to me at all, so I'm glad it was reversed though I couldn't understand exactly why he said it was reversed.

It'll be a bloodbath for Bama. All a sudden Hurts will become a typical game manager because the tackles won't be able to hold and right now can't even handle Houston DEs.

OU defense does look much better, but Tua would hit almost every throw King is missing. Which is a lot of them.

Not to mention that Saban would get the holding calls that Houston isn't...

How is that not an Unsportsmanlike penalty?
