While I have the sound on (not much fucking longer) I can't help but notice Herbie seems hell bent on explaining yards after to catch to all of us non experts.

I may leave the sound on to gain some knowledge here. Have you guys ever heard of this stuff? Is it just me?

So if a guy gives great effort, apparently, he can keep his feet moving after first contact and gain additional yardage.

I'm fucking gobsmacked.
