click through for an absolutely must-read thread about this team's culture and chemistry...
That's what I am saying, all the games in a second tournament would count and cut down the number of nonconference home games 1 for 1, so you could possibly lose 3 home games in order to do this. The reporters are just scratching the surface of this event, I am sure we will learn more within the next couple of months.or it could be that osu can't because the ncaa does not permit teams to play in two exempt tournaments the same year. that being said, the pk80 has changed formats, so osu could still play in next year's one-day, four-team invitational, though it's obviously unlikely.
the games in a second tournament wouldn't count because they can't count. there can be no second tournament per ncaa rules. like last year, this year's phil knight invitational is a one-day, four-team event. next year will probably be the same since exempt tournaments take much more planning and advance notice.all the games in a second tournament would count
that's pretty standard.so you could possibly lose 3 home games in order to do this.

Based on his comments, and what was seen during the practice, Jallow appears to be the only player who won’t be available for the exhibition against the Yellow Jackets.
“Everybody is relatively healthy right now outside of Musa,” Holtmann said. “Justin Ahrens is, I think he would probably put himself at 70 percent or around that. He’s by no means 100 percent where he was. Everybody else has some regular bumps and bruises but nothing of significance. I don’t really have a timeline yet on Musa.”

“Musa had had an ankle that has been bothering him and we did as much as we can in terms of rehab in the summer,” Holtmann said. “He did not want to have surgery in the summer and we thought he could play through it. He tried to play through it in the summer. He tried to do everything he could to not go into surgery and then we were forced to. We’ll see what happens with him as the season progresses.”

could/should put this in the national thread, but since we just played them...
