Utah State's QB has been considered a possible 1st round pick at times, and is still considered by some to be a top 50 pick

17 TD/16 INT on the season

Last year he had 32 TDs and only 6 INTs, so I'm not sure what happened this year. They do have 9 new offensive starters, though.
