Why is it every time a DB makes a play the announcer says and no flag.....like it’s totally expected anymore

Refreshing seeing a competitive BIG West. Buckeyes win out and I want to see Iowa in BIG Champ game. Done with chores, raining its ass off and 34 degrees here. Made a big ass pot of chili and poured my first hot tottie.
