He was good a decade ago. And his resume since leaving tOSU 7 years ago ain't all that impressive. I'd give him the benefit of the doubt if the CBs weren't so fundamentally effed up this year. They are 4 and 5 star kids that can't tackle or cover...and even when the coverage is decent they don't seem to have any ball awareness 80% of the time. That's basic shit.

Wilson I'm not sure of, because i think he's a brilliant offensive mind. Urban just needs to let him do his thing, and despite the lip service, I don't think he is. Schiano has been very good until this year. I think you get him a LB coach and a competent secondary and he's an excellent coordinator. There isn't a coordinator in the world doing anything with two of his units hampered by horse shit coaching. That's my opinion, anyway.

imho... urban is failing with the “CO” titles.. Wilson is/was Brillant but he’s gotta work with Day... same with Schiano and Grinch... to me gotta choose.. Old and busted vs new hotness...

I don't disagree. I said in the game thread this afternoon that the offense has too many cooks in the kitchen. I think that's a big problem. I think Day and Wilson are both excellent, but I'm not sure their styles mesh. If i had to chose between Schiano/Grinch, I'm taking Grinch. Saban wanted him badly, and that's enough for me.
