Okay so... I'm sure someone's probably done this mental gymnastics but let me just lay this out for you....

1. Say Northwestern beats Notre Dame tonight
2. Northwestern goes to the B1G Championship
3. Wins (which I think is possible especially if they pull this off)
4. Not only does this eliminate the B1G but possibly opens up a spot for NOTRE DAME.... The team in which the B1G champion beat.

......then they get demolished by Bama
