Patterson is going to get killed over the course of the season just like all their other QBs... their OL is fat and slow, might be good for bullying Rutgers with a power run game, but good luck with that shit against anyone with a half decent d line.

Standard's less and there is more frequent severe weather. The 1989 USC game was a monsoon with lightning and Cooper agreed to just quit with Bucks down 9 and on defense with about 2 and a half minutes left. I was up on C-Deck and it wasn't an unreasonable thing to do.

I noticed this with chair force... if it's raining in Biloxi, they bus the kids to their school (all of the 5 blocks away) and cancel PT for the day.

On the other hand, when it's time to fly missions -- they got us contractors outside launching and recovering birds right up to the second that we're directly in it... and start again the second it's passed. No waiting 2 hours cuz it's raining 15 minutes away.

I feel pretty good about the way this season started personally. I got up @ 5, worked a full day while still watching every relevant game. Dwayne performed exceptionally, Herman got what was coming to him. Everyone else is in bed. Husband is in some kind of chicken coma.....
