That was more defensive PI than the offensive PI called on the other end on the negated Wazzu TD.
I mean seriously, I'm pissed about that. So a receiver that is looking in the air for the ball can't even reach his hand out to determine where the DB is? He didn't shove the DB. He didn't even turn the DBs shoulders. He was just reaching out to feel where the defender was before he leapt to high point the football.
