Michigan has to be in the same division as OSU and MSU. PSU has to be in the same division as Rutgers and Maryland and yes, OSU. Like it or not they're our second biggest rival.

The divisions are correct and we're more competitively balanced than the old Big XII.

How are we competitively balanced? Wisconsin goes to the final every year. Meanwhile OSU, Sparty and Ped have kind of rotated
