What in the actual fuck are they doing here besides baring their throat, handing the enemy a knife and begging to be slaughtered?
This is how Iowa destroyed the OSU defense and I guarantee you Chryst is too good of a coach to let his functional game manager QB miss as many of these simple back breakers as Okorn did.

Also: Baker. I had kind of suspected that he and Booker were benched after the Iowa game, and the concussion thing was a smokescreen, but I work with a girl who is good friends with him, and she said they both actually had concussions, color me shocked.

edit: granted, not all "pushes" are the same. take indiana. while the badgers gave up only 270 yards (230 yards passing) to the hoosiers, the hoosiers racked up 440 yards (420 yards passing) against the buckeyes. a difference of 4 points doesn't exactly paint an accurate picture.

This guy's a real jerk
Loved Jeromes play last year, but honestly his very clear and obvious shortcomings will be exposed further this weekend. Having played linebacker in college, I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt that most of his mistakes would get him benched just about anywhere else. If I'm being personally honest I have no clue how he's still even getting meaningful snaps. His performance is vital this game, and my confidence is zero.

Funny how that works. When you get lazy and don't do a comprehensive assistant coach search but instead hire a buddy with a spotty track record (Davis) or a buddy of a buddy (Beck, who'd coached with Warinner) with a spotty track record, the results aren't great.

Not concerned about their running game, more concerned about Fumagali he is a good TE that can kill our defense if we don't cover him. Hopefully we have played enough teams in Sparty, Iowa and scUM to see our weakness and have a better game plan. If JT doesn't play I think it's safe to say Weber/Dobbins see 30+ carries which should be good for us.

Hornibrook is meh, but much more likely to hit those open TEs than Korn on da Kob was. They've got to make him make the throws instead of giving them to him, he is likely to throw picks when constantly tested. Cover someone basically.
