Probably doesn't matter but I think Oklahoma winning probably helps more especially if it's a blowout. It will help get MSU in the top 15. If Oklahoma loses they'll be compaired to us with the HTH on our home field which does us no favorsWho we rooting for Oklahoma or TCU ? Does Oklahoma losing help or hurt us ? I am torn on this one. TCU not likely to make the playoffs with a win so it would make sense to root for them but Oklahoma losing might still keep them ahead of us ? Will they drop out and Bama move in ?
I am trying to see a path that gets us into the playoffs and the only shot we seem to have has Clemson winning as they might get in with a loss, SEC not sure if winner matters as far as Bama is concerned the winner of SEC is in and loser is out. I don't think TCU can make it so Oklahoma losing would seem to help but we lost at home to them so who knows.
If everything plays to plan with Clemson, Oklahoma and us winning then it comes down to the voters OSU vs Bama for 4 spot. Last year we got in without playing in the championship game but I think we had better wins last year then Bama has this year.
Will be interesting. That Iowa loss sure stings right now.

Doesn't really matter that much. Unless you want Bama to be in the CFP as they probably get in over TCU
Are you saying oklahoma gets in too if they lose?
Any thoughts on JT-- is Urban bluffing or do you think we'll actually see Barrett?
