The real question should be why should Penn State jump another two loss team in Michigan when they lost to them. Both have two losses but the difference is Michigan lost by a last second field goal and a double overtime loss today vs us. Ped was thoroughly handled vs ttun and pitt

THEY shouldn't get a better ranking then Michigan let a lone us.
