2015 Week 2 CFB Open Thread

Stoops is a good coach that's been at the same place too long. Bring him to the B1G.
I'd tend to agree. I think a fresh start might rejuvenate him. About 7-8 years ago, OU was a recruiting juggernaut. The last half decade, their recruiting has fallen off a good bit, and they can no longer just out-talent teams on off days. I think a lot of that might be due to Stoops being a little too comfortable.

He had a chance to go to the SEC SEC SEC to Florida, but he passed it up to stay with Chokelahoma.

I think he would be a good fit at Penn State. He still isn't that old and probably could coach another 10-15 years at a decent level.
