These teams match up well. Cant wait for this and welcome Bama fans.

I don't think the debate, such as it is, on this particular point is about whether there are any significant bowl games played north of the Mason-Dixon. There aren't. Nor is the debate about the reason for that. The reason is clearly that southern sites present much more attractive tourist destinations in January. The debate is whether the fact that virtually all the bowls, and all the significant bowls, are located in the south creates any meaningful competitive advantage for southern teams. So which bowl game is in snow country? please elaborate
That was not an attempt to troll. Let me explain. Jones had one week to prepare for Wisky. Emotion was on the side of the Buckeyes with the death of a teammate thing. Urban, I would think, simplified the gameplan. It carried him. In other words, Jones did not know what he did not know. Now, he has three weeks to prepare for us. He's going to watch plenty of film. UrbN is going to give him more to prepare for. Jones will begin to feel the pressure now more so because he may feel he needs to equal his performance of the Wisky game. He will see that Bama's defense is a lot more complex and more athletic than Wisky's. I'm sure Saban will come up with some exotic defensive alignments and blitzes that Jones has not seen on film. Pressure and unsuredness does funny things to QBs.Please, don't judge the fans by one or two posters...

What fun would that be?

Very true. But then again, there aren't many QBs blessed with the size, mobility, and NFL arm like Jones...he always had every tool you would want in a QB but could never put it together. If, just if, he can make a few of the throws he made the other night...not only will this be a great game, but CJ might make himself some $$ in the NFL.
