Well, TCU scored awfully quick! Baylor just letting the clock tick, though.

The dreaded snap it over the punter's head play gives Baylor the ball with 1 second left. That last second sure seemed to hang on that clock, at Baylor.

After rewinding it looks like the clock was correct after all. Baylor cuts the deficit to 4.

TCU has a bad snap on the punt, rolls way back down to about the 15 with :01 left and Baylor recovers it.
