Yes, it's possible the offense just can't go anywhere with Jones...but it's also possible everyone steps up and we put up a bunch of points.

I don't think people are attacking you for being objective. I think it's just because it comes across as you seem certain OSU has no shot now and that we should just hope to not play in the playoff, or else people will think we suck.

That wasn't just Illinois, but Illinois backups. 5/9 82yds for a full half... just proving what I already said. Our Offense is now Minnesota. We've got a QB who can run, Eze, and probably a lot of inconsistency getting it to the other weapons. Marshall in Wildcat will be crucial.

Depending on what happens with Wisconsin, sure.
But for now... I don't give a shit about playoffs. Jim Mora mode.

That a few of the internet tough guys here feel so threatened with a reality check that they want to intimidate others into shutting up says it all.
If you want to wear scarlet shades, have at it. Same exact people that get all emotional in the gameday threads...

Someone is going to draft Mariotta high in the NFL draft, and regret it. All that running around looks cool for about a year, then you get the snot knocked out of you and have to be a pocket passer.

Why would you even reference Guiton running this offense? It's an entirely new vehicle, not just new tires.

You can be doubtful all you'd like, but when your hesitations are based in worry and fear rather than something tangible, you better be okay with people giving you [Mark May] for it.

Urban was already worried about the load on Jalin. It just increased.
Cardale leaves a lot to be desired in the pass game and despite his size has failed to pick up a first down on short yardage twice in the 2 times we needed him in meaningful plays this year.
We'll need luck and a lot of work by coaches just to make it through next week.
