Ped Aggy are absolutely horrible at tackling. They can't wrap up and they take bad angles. This isn't an overly athletic UCF squad, and Ped Aggy can't keep up. It's like the 2011 Buckeye squad.

They keep carrying the ball and getting nothing, but doing that repeatedly is causing the 'backers to play up, which is opening up the middle of the field about 5 yards deep and getting them a lot of first downs.
