I think it cheapens it and makes it about a cash prize instead of fun and trash talking. it was suggested as a motivation to avoid lazy ownership which I do not believe will work.

Yes things dwindle down as users are eliminated. I don't think a cash prize will change that at all either.

Hey, sorry guys. Pick coming shortly -- I completely spaced on this starting this morning. Also, yeah...tags aren't working too well. The first that one that showed up on my alerts was about 30 minutes ago from @MD Buckeye.

You're certainly free to feel that way. There is a very minimal amount of banter that goes on, and each season gets more diluted.

I'm not sure how it "cheapens" it, it makes it more rewarding. Right now we don't even play for a congrats. Go back and read previous season's threads... they're ghost towns as the season winds down.

Nonetheless, as it's been said, those that don't want to play for money, don't.

Damn, my tag must not be working cuz I had no idea the draft started let alone I was on the clock...

Of course it's perfect timing since I am on vacation next week and will be away from the computer for over a week starting Friday. Damn...

Hopefully we make it back through you on round two. Past that, I'm sure the commish would be willing to help if we got back to you while you are away.
