IMO Cal and NW lack depth and a few injuries can make a huge difference in how they perform. The Bucks caught both early in the season and both at home. Both of those teams can look very good against opponents whose back 7 don't cover tightly, give up a lot of YACs, play zone. Throw in a front 4 that's just now starting to jell and you get what many on BP were predicting early on for OSU, the offense would have to carry the load early on until the defense matures.
