Here's the stupidity of the "targeting" rule. The defender was not "targeting" anyone. He was going for the ball. Helmets will contact each other, sometimes.

This is a fucking stupid system. Refs are going to start doing the same thing they do with fumbles - they are going to err on the side of triggering a review, even if it causes them to see things that didn't really happen. Replay has run its course - it needs to go.
