You gotta have some pity for him. You stay quiet when an injured player is down and you dont bo or cheer when someone is carted off the field. It's the same kinda thing.

No, it's not like the same thing.

It's just a game, and I hope nobody gets hurt (although when you put the pads on, you knowingly run that risk).

HOWEVER

He's not injured, he's dejected. There's a difference. I can revel in his dejection, and hope he stays healthy....just so you guys can pound him into the ground again in a few weeks.

I was just thinking that on my drive to the Shell station down the street for moar beer.

So many great games since Thursday night, and LSU/Alabama on tap. The cherry on this college football weekend would be Nutria getting blind stinking drunk tonight and showing up at around 2:00 am to post completely incoherent nonsense like he usually does when LSU plays a big game.
