Not really with how he has played 14-18 this week

13 has given up more birds than 14-18.

Phil comes back with the ugliest par you'll see on 14. Finally made a putt, and he needed it.

Sorry should have said, with how Phil has played 14-18, if Rose makes a few bogies, Phil has a good shot

Looking like another second for Lefty. He has to birdie 18 to tie. No one has done that this weekend, but he did it on Friday.

Well Phil is just destined not to win the US Open, it appears.

Kudos to NBC, at least, for not showing Tiger highlights all down the stretch of live golf, at least.

Might be the 1st time they didn't show Tiger highlights down the stretch

Just waiting on the first douchbag journalist to use the "rose by any other name" play on words for a title to his/her article.

I thought Phil had it until he thinned that wedge on the 15th green. I knew it was Rose's championship after that. I find it hard to believe that this is Phil's last realistic shot at a U.S. Open. I don't know that he will ever win one, but, barring a serious injury, I would be shocked if he wasn't in the mix again in another U.S. Open. I think Phil has a better shot at winning one than Tiger.
