What it takes for a catch to be a TD as opposed to the fact that a running back can drop the ball the minute it breaks the plane is very inconsistent How can the ground not cause a fumble but can cause a pass to be incomplete?

Yeah, Smith looks awful (I'm watching the rebroadcast on AFN). Weather is really shitty, but if you're gonna be a QB in NY, you have to be able to overcome that. Just saw him throw an AWFUL interception to kill a promising drive. Remember how awful Smith was in wvu's bowl game in NY last December? His performance in poor weather has to be a concern for them. Either way, he's still a step up from Sanchez...

Can't disagree with any of that...not that Mornigwegh called an awful game and Geno's receivers were no help either. Running game was looking good, so by all means throw in bad weather with a rookie QB in NE. Not a Jets fan at all either. Personally, I am just sick of seeing NE and Belichump getting the benefit of the doubt more often then not, going all the way back to the Oakland playoff game and the infamous tuck rule shit.

Even Mayock, who is by and large a tool, kept identifying that the running game was working well but that Martyworld doesn't have room for running the ball. The Jets coaches just out-thought themselves...had they run the ball on first down a couple of times in the final quarter, they likely would have won. That was a garbage game by 2 by and large garbage teams. TB looks really chumpish for losing last week now.
