I don't follow the Sixers very closely, but I think I heard someone on the telecast say that the Sixers have a new GM. So the guy who brokered this deal wouldn't be the guy who brokered the Iguodala deal.

Remember, NBA GMs are by and large retards. They would rather draft some 6'10 Russian who might some day in 10 years be able to start on a 60 loss team than draft a 6'7 guy who will be a role player his entire career.
