Things I?ve learned over the years, down the stretch to Signing Day?
For many of us, recruiting is an obsession (to put it lightly). And the day before National Signing Day often feels like Christmas Eve. Full of excitement, hope and promise; but also a fair amount of trepidation that disappointment is just around the corner.
Those of us who following recruiting tend to be a little more fanatic than your average football fan. We follow every move these kids make and put a great deal of value in the on paper talents that they bring, that we believe are going to save our team.
Below are a few of my musings about what I?ve learned over the years from watching the recruiting process. I hope it brings you some laughter, and relieves a little tension on this Letter of Intent Day Eve!
