Tim Spencer: Better known to some of you as Evan's dad.

In third grade, we had a student teacher from Ohio State. She got me Tim's and Bobby Atha's autographs. To this day, two things remain completely unchanged:

1. Those autographs are laminated and in a frame in my Buckeye room.
2. I would marry that student teacher if I could find her phone number.

I just heard that the statehouse officially made July 17 Archie Griffin Day in Ohio. I didn't know it, and I don't need politicians to tell me what day it is; but I won't begrudge them getting something right.
