BN27 is right (except that 91 divided by 7 is actually 13 ). The Saturday numbers should all be multiples of 7. #1 will be on the last Friday before kickoff.

We've done this for years, let's stay on the same page of what number each day should be. Today (Sunday) is 90. The number changes for the next day shouldn't be posted until after midnight in the Eastern time zone.

So the official OSU website is wrong?

At 6 am Eastern time on a Saturday morning, the website will say it's a multiple of 7 days, plus 1 hour until kickoff. With no kickoff yet announced, it's apparently counting down until 7 am on Saturday, August 31st. At 10 am on a Saturday, it will say it's 3 hours short of the multiple of 7 days, something like 83 days and 21 hours; when it's actually 84 days and 2 hours from a noon kickoff.

So until they adjust for an announced kickoff time (or base their countdown on a more realistic guess, or pull noon Eastern time instead of noon in London), their countdown may be confusing, especially between 7 am and noon Eastern time.

But each Saturday morning should be a multiple of 7 days away. I think it's easiest to just use whole calendar days and ignore the number of hours.
