Judy Clarke takes on most of these cases specifically because she is an opponent of the death penalty. $20 says Clarke will broker a guilty plea in exchange for life in prison.
Is that before or after they show the video clip of the kid laying down the backpack... cuz I think your $20 bet is the surest thing on planet earth

Article: Tremblay a state rep gone rogue
DOVER ? New Hampshire State Rep. Stella Tremblay is calling for answers about whether the American government was involved in detonating explosives at the Boston Marathon last week, killing three people and wounding more than 170 others.

In an interview with Foster's Daily Democrat Tuesday, Tremblay said she can't rule out the possibility the government was involved in carrying out the bombings.

Tremblay's remarks came a few hours after she was criticized by the New Hampshire Democratic Party for a comment she posted on Facebook several days earlier, in which Tremblay wrote that the marathon attack on April 15 was carried out by ?Black Ops.?
So apparently video games were the culprit of the bombing....not by brainwashing people with the violence in the game itself, but the game itself. Black Ops was probably pissed that Black Ops II was a better game.....or something....

For a politician she does seem quite dumb. Is that redundant?

This type of stuff stems from the plenty of government lies out there (GDP, unemployment, CPI, etc). Nothing wrong in questioning everything. It is quite healthy to question everything honestly. It is totally wrong to assign blame based on previous false flags like the Gulf of Tonkin and what not just because they fit your predetermined world view.

If she just wanted a complete investigation, what is wrong with that, nothing. Where she sounds as stupid as she looks is when she goes past fact finding and looks to fit everything into the framework of her obviously limited mind.

This type of stuff would be minimized though if we could trust the government. When they broke that trust, they enable jerkoffs like this.

Tsarnaev indicted for weapon of mass destruction

The charges, including the shooting death of a police officer, could bring the death penalty.

A Massachusetts federal grand jury returned a 30-count indictment against Boston bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev on Thursday, charging the 19-year-old Cambridge man in the deaths of three bombing victims and the separate slaying of a Boston-area campus police officer.

The officer was fatally shot three days after the April 15 assault on the Boston Marathon.

Tsarnaev, also facing charges of using a weapon of mass destruction and the use of a firearm resulting in death among other criminal counts, faces a possible death sentence on 17 of the charges if convicted.

Officials declined to comment on whether a decision has been reached to seek the death penalty, but Attorney General Eric Holder said the indictment "proves our unyielding resolve to hold accountable, to the fullest extent of the law, anyone who would threaten the American people or attempt to terrorize our great cities.''

"The (government) is firmly committed to achieving justice on behalf of all who were affected by these senseless acts of violence,'' Holder said.

Tsarnaev's lawyers did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Looks like the locals are indicting him on a number of other charges as well.

Accused Boston Marathon Bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Smiles in Court, Pleads Not Guilty

Accused Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev smiled and, at one point, appeared to smirk during a hearing today as he pleaded not guilty to all 30 counts against him.

Tsarnaev was brought into a Boston federal courthouse in an orange jumpsuit and shackles. The seven-minute hearing was the first the public has seen of Tsarnaev since his arrest after a violent shootout with police in late April in which he was badly injured.

In court today Tsarnaev's face was swollen on one side and his left hand was bandaged. He leaned into a microphone to say "not guilty" seven times in response to his charges and repeatedly turned to smile at his two sisters in the court audience, who were heard crying throughout the hearing.

Later, Tsarnaev blew his weeping sisters a kiss as marshals led him out.

It's a shame they aren't likely to pursue the death penalty with this turd.

I assume everyone has seen the Rolling Stone cover and the backlash and refusal to sell it...thoughts?

I wish they would've used a different photo, maybe a mugshot or something, instead of a selfie.

But they're in the business to create buzz and/or sell magazines. I'm going to guess some editor thought that using a glamour shot would create more buzz (which it has).

To be honest, it's been years since I've even read Rolling Stone (even its website).
