Jesus. Nebraska's center looks to be about 6'8" and 375 lbs.
Almeida, the human blancmange.

Nebraska-Wake is just a monster suckfest. Neither of these teams belongs in Division 1.

Cody Zeller is just having his way against North Carolina. He will give us plenty of problems...damn.
FIFY, unless our bigs can significantly improve in one month. And by significantly improve I mean somehow get Sully back in a Buckeye uniform.

After Indiana, Nebraska and Maryland finish administering their beatings, the B1G will be 5-1 after day 1. :paranoid:

A Big Ten team curb-stomping an ACC team in the challenge why does that look so familiar? Oh yeah 85-63 last year, let's go do that again at their place. Ohio State/Indiana is going to be fun this year. I'll be honest I didn't think Nebraska was going to be any help in this and they have proven me wrong.

To be fair, the team they're playing would be +4.5 against Little Sisters of the Poor.
Yeah but for a program that's never won a single NCAA tournament game beating anyone is good enough for me. In terms of program legacies it's like we're beating them with one hand tied behind our backs. We have both major conference teams that have never won an NCAA tournament game in Nebraska and Northwestern and we're still beating them. For ACC fans that understand that it must sting.

I wish the Maryland win counted as one for the B1G this year. But I was happy that Nebraska could score a win in the Challenge. They have only participated in the Challenge twice, but they already have more wins than Iowa has over the last seven years in the Challenge.

IU dominated UNC, but they didn't look nearly that dominant against Georgia or Georgetown, so I'm putting a lot of the blame on the blowout on the Tar Heels for having their worst team in recent memory.

That and Assembly Hall can turn a 6-0 run into a 20-4 run and ball game in a hurry.

Still, IU has a ridiculously talented team and I may get killed for saying this but he's doing what Urban is doing with the Buckeye footballers- building a TEAM. This IU team plays unselfish (minus some Watford play) and absolutely grinds it out for each other. You just know they have a big goal in mind and are dead set on achieving it. Those players are trying to will themselves to a championship, which mixed with the talent they have- scary.

First big move of the college basketball season on the chessboard.
