Basically, a counselor/performance coach-type that Michigan's utilized for a long time (who Tom Brady and Desmond Howard cite for helping them significantly) was somewhat pushed to the side instead of being utilized once RR got there. Yet another in the long line of RR's f***ups from the looks of things.
