2011 NFL Draft (Mocks, Eval, etc)

LOL @ the Chargers.

NFL.com's experts gave the pick a 2.5 'grade'... only two other players have gone below a 6 grade, and they were in the 5's

did they not fucking watch game film for the past three seasons? :slappy:

(I turned off ESPN and am just tracking it online now)

Mouton will probably find a home as a backup outside linebacker on a team that deploys the Tampa-2 where he can play in space and drop into zone coverage - two of his strengths. He's vulnerable when teams run at him. Doesn't possess the strength to shed blocks and can lose gap integrity when shooting gaps instead of taking on blockers. Shows great effort rushing the passer but just doesn't have the natural tools to consistently get to the quarterback. Mouton can make some plays dropping into zone coverage and make some big hits in the open field. Potentially a mid-round selection.

sounds like a second round pick to me!

That was my thought as well.

He played only one year of wide reciever correct?

Who is to say if he didnt learn it and play it for 3 years he wouldnt be comparable to Julio Jones?
Yeah, just one year full time, but I saw a few UNC games in '09, including the bowl vs. wvu, and he was impressive each time.
