2011 "Jesse Owens" Spring Game (Sat, April 23)

Pass to Devier was a tad high but still catchable. He showed great ability of rolling out of the pocket and the awareness to look down field and find an open receiver.

He also had a three yard run where he made something out of nothing. Had a guy in his face before he even started running. Almost through an interception as well. But he has looked good in his little playing time.

Defense is looking good. Three sacks so far (Williams, Clarke, Whiting).

Not only that but lots of blitz's for a spring game. I guess the idea is that whoever is the new QB will be blitzed until they show they can burn it so might as well get them started early.
