How exactly does Denard get O POY but not make the 2nd team at QB?

i think that they are trying to say that as an offensive player, robinson is dynamic and hard to stop. however, as a qb, he is average at best. basically, it's hard to stop his legs, not his arms. if you make him play quarterback, you will beat him.jwinslow;1823905; said:How exactly does Denard get O POY but not make the 2nd team at QB?

Random thoughts:
1. I'm frankly flummoxed by the lack of recognition of Devon Torrence. He had, I believe, an outstanding season.
2. Roy Roundtree getting all-BT 2nd team by media? I'll have what they're smoking!
3. There's something about the four all-BT first team defensive linemen being the same for both media and coaches' votes - likely all will be first- or second-round draft picks. But Mike Martin deserves more recognition than the media gave him; I think he's the fifth best DL in the league.
4. Terrelle Pryor is the best collegiate QB in the conference, and not having him recognized as such is absurd. Notwithstanding that, I have no problem with Shoelaces being named offensive player of the year - he just doesn't really have a recognizable position.
