the other one in toronto might be woodbine race track for horses, talk about a crappy view, then you have the tiger-cats stadium in hamilton, hamilton, yeah right like theyd let mr blackberry get a sniff, plus we have hs stadiums that size in ohio (20some thousand)
montreal has nothing, olymic stadium but thats a hole and the domes stuck shut and its inside all the time now. then you have molson stadium, 25k, again to small..
2. A game at an old NHL town. Quebec? Hartford?
ct has the yale bowl and uconns stadium (60 and 40k). so maybe but i dont see that happening why do one of those when you can do fenway or yankee stadium?
winnipeg has 20some thousand football stadium
quebec has peps which is less than 20k
regina has a similar sized stadium
edm has its 60k commonwealth stadium-heritage classic location
calgary has 40k stadium
vancouver has bc place thats a dome
so basically no on canda based on available venues unless they hodge podge lodge something. plus you run the risk of it being "to cold" remember the heritage classic? it was in nov, it was -20 F. they do get the hars off for the megastars game, awesomeness
3. Devils/Rangers at the Meadowlands. Battle of NY/NJ!
doesnt have the same sex appeal as the yanks but yes its got to be on the short list.
but you also have to consider nfl schedule, theyll need a full week or more. the bills worked for the back to back road trips, pulling scheduling the jets and giants away on consecutive weekends wont work? unless you use the old meadowlands once the new one is up then that kind of defeats the purpose id say.
