I didn't mean to come off defensive there...you know me better than that 40. Was just trying to explain my thought process (hamster runs slow, hamster runs fast)...

And I didn't mean to come off as I thought you were being defensive...

You know me better than that...If I want to get defensive I will wait for Grad or LJB to make a post...:tongue2:

Ive seen Bashir perform at the linebacker position on 2 different occasions, All American Combine and Nike Camp. Both times he looked very fluid and comfortable at the linebacker position, despite the lack of film on him playing the position. So I believe that if he gets to the camp and performs well the Badgers could offer him based on his long frame that could easily hold 25 pounds without losing a step, and his talent displayed on film.

Does anyone know if he's going to the Badgers Camp?

Do you guys think the staffs thoughts on the possibility of Henton Transferring and the fact that Bauserman isn't even on Scholarship are perhaps reason enough to extend an offer to Nicely given the idea of maybe redshirting him and thus creating a two year eligibility gap between he and Pryor? Another thing adding to the mix is the list of QB candidates for the class of 2010 and even though far off, 2011.

I would say this is probably the staffs thinking, unless a guy like Nicely really knocks their socks off they are going to wait till 2010 and play the PT card with a guy like Gardner and may take two with a guy like Macon or Roback...

Then in 2011 you have Braxton Miller already getting a ton of love...
