Winner Winner...
just got back. It was hot as hell today. Not even really sunny, just hot, muggy, humid. Felt like I was walking in a giant hot tub (the half (fully?) naked girls added to this feeling).
Really boring finish, oh well, I was there for the atmosphere.
Beer and Bikinis for the win!

They need to do something to change the aero to allow more passing. The race was very boring.

Agreed, though I honestly didn't do much race watching the first 100 laps. I had a general admission ticket (free!) and walked around for a while, hung out on the infield and watched a little, then got into the main grandstands behind the pits with a buddy who had some seats there ('ol 2 people leave with 3 tickets trick). Watched the last 100 there, it's just too bad the action wasn't as good as the seats. Helio was just too dominant, especially on the restarts.
On another note, I saw a lot of Buckeyes out at the track this weekend. Got a ton of "O-H" "I-O"s as I walked around Friday, Saturday, and today. :)

Attended my first Indy 500 this year, sat in the entrance to turn 3, I had a freakin blast. I was kinda disappointed on the start of the race with the wreck in turn 2, was hoping to see them coming down all bunched up like that.
I agree on the lack of passing, but, I think it had to do more with the cars being much more even than they have ever been.
