2009 BPCFFB League #2 Season Thread

Ok, they emailed me back and here is the reply I got.....

Billy,

Every team owes the team fee of $11.95. The Premium league upgrade can be paid by any one team and the upgraded features apply to all teams in the league.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

So now the question is, does everyone want to pay the $11.95 or should we go with another site?

Looks like the only other option is cbssports.com. We can't create a league on there yet, so we'll have to wait until registration opens. I'd like to get the draft kicked off soon, so we have plenty of time

Is it going to be only BCS Conferences again?

BCS Conferences + Notre Dame

Thankfully, they're able to refund my money and cancel our league. We'll start the draft sometime this week.

We'll use the same draft "rules" as last year. BCS conferences (ACC, Big 12, Big East, Big Ten, Pac 10 & SEC) and Notre Dame only and you have 24 hours to make your pick after the person infront of you does. If anyone knows a period of time where they're not going to be available, let me know and we'll figure something out. I know myself and GatorFan aren't going to be available at all from June 13th-20th, so we can either start it before then and suspend it on the 13th or start it after the 20th. We didn't start until late July last year, so we could easily start now and then suspend it for a week. What's everyone think?

So this is basically like NFL Fantasy football just using college kids, right? How many players do you draft?

Yes, exactly like NFL Fantasy, just with college players. Last year we had 18 players and we'll do the same this year.

Does the countdown clock go away on weekends?

If that's an option that people want, we can do that. It's fine with me. If we start getting pressed for time, we'll have to do away with it, but I think we'll be fine.
