Much like 2007, Minnesota should be one of the least penalized teams in the Big 10 again, as it's very hard to commit fouls on offense when you never have the ball, and it's very hard to commit fouls on defense when there are no defenders within 5 yards of the ball carrier or intended WR.

I thought so too but as I looked over the penalties the difference was USC's ability to overcome them and the opposite is also true for Ohio State. Both teams had back-to-back penalties inside the opponent's 20 yard line... Ohio State's ended with a missed field goal while USC struck for a touchdown. USC failed to get a first down after only 2 of their penalties... Ohio State's drives usually ended after theirs.

endurance or/both feeling they won already in the second half.

Does it list the players that got the penalty? Use to be able to get it, can't fine it this season
