How about Matt Forte RB out of Tulane. He's a bruiser and a steal at the bottom of the 3rd IMO. The Pats aren't overly deep at RB... Sammy Morris is great but has the injury bug often, Kevin Faulk can't take a pounding and Maroney tends to get injuries too. They signed 3 or 4 defensive backs already and added Gholtson and Gooden already.

I know they have had Josh Johnson the QB out of San Diego in for visits... they like him, very smart kid. 43 tds and 1 int last year... so he doesn't make too many mistakes, may be a little early though.

So I'll stick with Forte.
