Not sure honestly, but I don't think there'd be much pre-game, so I'd guess it's gametime (or close to).

Anyone know how the committments are going to be played out? Are they pre-recorded or live? I thought they moved to pre-recorded last year, but I'm not positive.

They'll have a few pre-recorded ones (I think Boone's was like that, IIRC) that they'll sprinkle throughout the game, but they will have a fair amount (likely 6-8) "high-profile" kids that will announce live during the game...having kids announce live is part of the drawing power of the game.

not to hijack the thread right off the bat here, but i thought that i should remind posters here that the game is not being covered locally in columbus. instead, the fantastic game of penn state versus purdue is being shown. with ohio state at illinois being shown on espn at two o'clock, the local sports bar will be where i am.

oh, the army aa game is at one o'clock on nbc.

Come again? The game is being shown at 1 on NBC in Columbus, so I'm not sure what this reminder is about.

Well put it like this...I think there will be 4 playing in all, whether they commit then or later. Clifford, Martin, Davis, and Wright are my picks and I'm not quite going out on a limb here. Thompson and Green are possibilities but I don't think either end up in Columbus.
