I have to stop posting but I am just so pissed with Ross right now. When he came to OSU I thought he was going to be the man. We have had all these excuses - poor line, injuries, etc but he needs to get it done. I don't know if this will make sense but Pittman looks like a running back. He looks like he could take it the distance every carry -- can you say the same for Ross

THis is the second angriest I have been at him -- stepping out of bounds against KSU last year still takes the cake...

I know a win is a win but that is pathetic. Without a mobile QB (I know Zwick is not bad but I think Krenzel is better) we need a RB to be able to move the ball.

It's really too damn bad. They've got an exciting up-and-coming program with a lot of promise. They've brought in a ton of young talent, and have the potential to be a team that can regularly see the top 25.

But, they're grossly undisciplined, over-emotional, and sloppy. Bad attitudes seem to abound, and it seems you can extend all of the above to a number of their fans as well.

NCSU plays tight clean football, and I think they win today. So I'm not even slightly unhappy that NCSU seems to want to claim the top thug title. They can have that, we'll take our third shot at a row at a national title.

Defense is big!!! Any win on the road is huge. Way to win. Good job to the offense for fixing the turnover problems. Great job coming up with turnovers. I hate how Munch is on 610 bashing Tressel and the offense saying how boring the Ohio State games are. He said he fell asleep before halftime during this game. That's rediculous. They put up good total offense numbers the last two weeks and people complain that they turned the ball over and the defense let up. Now this guy is saying the offense stinks. We play to our strengths. We knew we could win with the type of offense we played today...and we did. Again...WE PLAY TO OUR STRENGTHS!!!! That's how you win football games!!!

This is a comment on the subtle aspects of clock management. After Hamby recovered the onsides kick, we had about 1:30 left. Tress wisely had Zwick run QB sneaks into a pile, rather than just take a knee. That unpiling takes about 10 more seconds each play than taking the knee does. The difference in time was just enough to avoid having to run a 4th down play, which could mean have meant risking a punt getting blocked. I was glad to see JT have Zwick do exactly the right thing to burn the clock, although he got spun once which was a little dangerous. This attention to detail wins close games.

Get the facts right.. Penton had the second one. I think we are being a little
tough on the P's. We weren't getting our asses chewed off by Heacock and
Snyder for not making plays. I can bet it will not happen again on Pitcock's
part. He's a very smart young man...

Sorry, i thought it was Pitcock both times. The tv never showed a good shot at it.
