Damn school firewall...can't search Yahoo Pictures. I need a picture of an LB for my manual...I looked on the OZone to use AJ but the hand placement is not the same. Here is what I need in the picture:


--Feet shoulder width apart and even
--Knees bent and over toes
--Chest over knees
--Shoulders back and square to the LOS
--Arms hanging loose in front

That is closer to what I need but the shoulders will be back more in pads. I love the AJ pics but we teach the hand placement differently for the OLBs.
