But despite the Buckeyes' 18-point win at home on Dec. 11, Chris Holtmann is expecting a much more difficult contest Thursday against the surging Badgers, now ranked No. 13 after a five-game win streak since dropping to Ohio State.

Holtmann called Thursday's road matchup with Wisconsin "as big a challenge as we've played all year," and with star guard Johnny Davis averaging upwards of 25 points and 10 boards during that stretch, it isn't hard to see why.

Freshman guard Meechie Johnson Jr. was listed as unavailable on the Buckeyes' official status report ahead of the 7 p.m. tip-off between Ohio State and Wisconsin at the Kohl Center in Madison. According to the release, Johnson suffered a facial injury in practice this week.
