We needed Washington, Muhammed, and Ahrens to make some improvement and so far between the exhibition and this game I haven't seen anything.

I hope Washington and Muhammed aren't permanently scarred by the huge freshman wall both hit last year. Washington basically disappeared as soon as the B1G season started and hasn't been heard from since. Muhammed hasn't been right since he came back from that injury.
