that's sad. talk about having parents that are MIA. their kid went on a crime spree that lasted over a year and they had no clue. IMO they should be charged with everything he is charged with.

Isn't there a law against publishing/broadcasting the names of minors accused/convicted of crimes? I thought that was why they never said who the kids with the 18 year old were that robbed the Quickie Mart (just an example)

Two years ago I sat on a jury that sent a 15 year old to the big house for 35 years. Too bad you can't make the parents do at least half their time with them.

ATHENS, Ohio ? A 13-year-old boy was sentenced yesterday to six months of treatment at a center for unruly youths for committing dozens of crimes in Nelsonville. James Andrew Riley pleaded guilty to 23 delinquency counts, including theft, breaking and entering, burglary, intimidation and aggravated menacing.
