'13 FL WR Ahmad Fulwood (Florida Verbal)

When was the last time Ohio State had a BIG physical receiver like Fullwood?

Everybody's responses are leaving out the speed factor. We've had a few guys like Duron and TY who had the height thing figured out, but neither of them are fast guys. If Fullwood really is running a 4.47 (I don't know if that was clocked from a camp or just his coach's stopwatch), that's putting him in a whole different category from the other guys being mentioned here.

Like RB07 said, we are in on one incredibly impressive receiver class. (And the best part is, we can realistically cross out "receiver" and write any other position in there, and it would still be true!)

Pretty sure even RichRod would prefer his speed receivers to be taller...he just made speed a priority over size.

Anybody have any guesses as to what number we're looking for in '13 for WR's? On the one hand, it'll be a small class; on the other, we aren't exactly chock full of WR talent.

I'm not a recruiting guru, but I would imagine that with all of the offers out there to WRs, as well as athletes like Ty Isaac, OSU will be taking 3 WRs. Marshall and then hopefully two of Foster, Fulwood, LeMay, Gibson, Isaac (who could be more RB than ATH) and others. Can't think of any other offers right now.

Do you count Marshall as one of the WR's?

I think we end up taking 3-4 WR types if they are the right players. No way if Isaac, Marshall, Foster, and LeMay/Gibson/Fulwood want in you say no. Marshall and Isaac can play anywhere and the last 4 are pure WR's that are gamebreakers. After watching Fulwood's film, I can't see us telling him no under any circumstance.
